you got 8 days without pain! haha i started it and used 2kg per arm with weights and the first 2 days i could barely walk and had to go up 2 flights of stairs to my flat!
I think it is normaltake rest days! i didn't for the shed and wished i did as now i bought ripped in 30 and she actually says take at least 1 or 2 rest days. listen to your body
And yes my muscles still ache and my knees! (she really gets them/your quads/abs) even after doing 60 days of her workouts
