Hey! I'm 20 years old, currently 85 kgs at 6'1". I'm not exactly fat but still not comfortable with my body.I used to be around 75 kgs a year ago and IT WAS GOOD.Right now I'm planning to go back to that weight ,gaining some muscle on the way.Has anyone here done this? I've just started exercising(6 times a week) and diet is good.Anyone here has any tips..anyone else gone through a 10 kg loss which really transformed them? Help

Not sure how kg convert to lbs but I will recommend the basics.
Food scale - weigh and log everything you consume. Even if there's a corresponding entry (like a medium banana). Your version of medium may be larger or smaller than the calorie number in the database.
Don't be afraid to ask the forum if you're unsure of something or just confused.0
