I read somewhere that has to eat to lose weight so, if i have calories remaining, should I eat them up with low fat choices?
Also what if my protein is over (-1) but I have a lot of calories remaining?

This is all new to me!

I was told that you should eat the calories you have left over, and stay as close to your calorie goal as possible, which means eating back what you burn to keep your calorie deficit at what it is supposed to be (you can find out what you daily deficit is by clicking the goals tab). Its ok to go a little under. I honestly don't pay much attention to the other things (protein, carbs, etc) but I do watch fat and sodium intake. But if you are trying to stick to your goal for all of them, try some snacks that have low/no protein, like carbs and some fruit and veggies. I hope this helps- I am fairly new as well.

I think as long as you're getting enough calories for the day to fuel yourself, you don't have to eat your exercise calories if you're not hungry. The only reason I eat mine is because, if I didn't I would be eating a lot less than the recommended healthy amount.

Ditto. Well except for the protein thing. I changed my goals so I don't go over. :-)
