Hi need a little help here

:) I need people to help me out in my challenge of achieving weight loss. Had a few health issues which didn't help with excerise , torn Achilles' tendon in foot 2 years ago and brain trauma since February ... Feeling better yet need to get moving and healthier ... Motivation is what I need HELP !!!

    Don't want to sound mean, but nobody can give you motivation, that's entirely within your power. People can give you support and advice though. I dare say there are plenty of knowledgeable types on here who will help you with what sort of exercise will be best for you considering your health issues. Knowing what to do will probably be the thing that motivates you more than anything. There's nothing worse than feeling confused, that's a total confidence killer.

    Personally, I had to go join a gym so that I would be out of excuses. I'm still at the point where I say every single morning "I don't want to go today". But my gym clothes are laid out on my dresser. I put them on, and I go. I think of every single reason I want to be there while I work harder each day. I'm not at the "oh joy!" place by any stretch. It's so worth it, though.
