Need a healthy recipe for pork chops that doesn't turn out dry

    If you're frying or baking, I suggest cooking it covered for as long as you can, it will help the meat stay moist, then uncover and cook a bit before eating

    Also, don't over-cook. You can eat pork very slightly pink in the middle these days.

    Yep, pork to 145 degrees. I usually pan sear with salt, pepper, and then chili powder or cloves depending on what I'm feeling like.

    And I eat pork very often!
