Not that I'm in India... or even Indian. But I've gone (mostly) vegie & no one does vegetarian food quite as brilliantly as India - I just need recipes that don't involve 5 litres of ghee! Though saying that, I am about to start my PhD on Indian sustainability policy & will be heading over there at some point. So if you'd like to buddy-up with a Brit, living in Sydney who excels in sarcasm & hilarity, add me please!
