Hey everybody whats going on my name is ivan. Im new on here just wanted to post a question and see if i could get some help . So for the passed few months i have been doing veggie and fruits smoothies with some protien powder in them my question is how to do you add that to your meal when you are trying to keep track do you havw to add each item separately need some help

You can add each item individually, or there is a recipe builder. If you make the same smoothie daily you can make the recipe, then just pick that and it will have all the nutrition info there.0

I place the cup on a scale and add each individual ingredient, pressing tare in between.
