Tired of doing the same thing for my core. Shoot me some tips and ideas for a tighter tummy! Thank you :))

    Hula hoop with weighted hoops. Do it fast for at least 20 minutes, three times a week.

    Hip hop abs and turbo jam:) I also like how 30 day shred and ripped in30 incorporate abs.

    Dead hang and tighten your core in pulses. Have a partner lightly at first punch repeatedly your core area. Once you are comfortable with that and you can do a pull-up do one and then have your core punched.
    Increase in reps and intensity as you can.
    And then there is the whole series of hanging core exercises you can do from the bar.
    Tighten your core whenever you think of it, all day long an during your other workouts.
