Hi everyone! I am not usually a breakfast person but I'd like to create the habit. Does anyone wish to share some of their favorite Breakfast Meals? Thx in advance!

I just started making coffee shakes this week. I cold-brew my coffee, then immersion blend in some protein powder, almond milk, and soaked chia seeds. I have a protein or meal/snack bar (or sometimes only 1/2 bar) around 10-10:30 as a snack. Some of my favorite bars are Quest or Premier Protein.0

I always try to eat protein in the morning like an omelet of egg whites combined with vegetables rich fiber ones like mushrooms and a slice of toasted bread , to drink usually water or when craving I drink coffee at last. Hope you like it.1

I just ate porridge (oatmeal) made with water, with some crushed walnuts, walden farms pancake syrup and ground cinnamon stirred through. It's really filling, low calorie (c250) and tastes amazing!0

Why are you trying to get in the habit? Is it because of the myth that you need to eat breakfast to lose weight? If so, don't bother if you aren't hungry in the morning.0

I used to have porridge/cereal but now I generally skip it or have a hot chocolate sachet (47 cals).
My "breakfast" time changes so much day to day - some days I start job A at 4:30am, sometimes I finish job B at 1am. Generally, I just eat when hungry and that's it.0 -
Anything.
Eat to personal preference not arbitrary rules.0 -

2 negative posts in already I see. Isn't encouraging a person to skip breakfast as bad as the many myths out there. Also the OP may not need to lose weight.
She just wants to start if with some ideas of what we all do. I personally make my own healthy granola, includes seeds nuts dried fruits oats chia seeds pepitas and greek yoghurt.
That is monday to friday and on the weekend I do sleep in and have spinach egg grated carrot cheese bacon in a breakfast burrito toasted, other times when I am not having alot of time I will do a banana soy milk blend in the nutribullet
When they said "trying to get in the habit" it suggested that they do not already eat breakfastbell for some reason. If it is because of lack of time, then sure, I can see them trying to create more time in the morning (a new habit). However, I took it to mean they don't eat it because they don't want it/aren't hungry. If that is the case there is no reason to force themselves to eat a meal they don't want. If it was for another reason, then I was wrong and I'm sorry for that. Encouraging someone to skip breakfast because they don't want it/aren't hungry is not "bad", it is just common sense.0 -
I recently started eating an organic granola cereal and having it with a regular size container of greek yogurt. I don't have this every day, but if you want nice whole grain carbs and a low fat protein, its an excellent choice. I also frequently make omelettes (fillings vary) and have them with wheat toast and maybe some grapes, a banana, or cup of some sort of fresh berries.0

Your encouragement comes without knowing the why? So maybe it is better to ask rather than suggest continued skipping of a meal. The OP is after examples of what we eat so I suggest you tell us what you eat or don't eat if that is your preference.
If you read my post, instead of just trying to argue, you would see I did ask why.Why are you trying to get in the habit? Is it because of the myth that you need to eat breakfast to lose weight? If so, don't bother if you aren't hungry in the morning.
