If I want to enter my own food in MFP how do I treat the Sodium/Potassium entries? On UK food labels the "salt" is given instead.

UK / EU labels require salt, which is mandatory, leaving sodium as an option.
To convert from grams of salt to grams of sodium multiply by 0.4
To convert from sodium to salt multiply by 2.51 -
I use this online converter for both sodium to salt and salt to sodium
