Macros: cutting

I am needing to lose some fat. I lift heavy so I do need some carbs on my heavy lift days. I just really need help figuring out my macros for cutting. I've been reading that for cutting some people eat 20% of their calories for their carbs? I have my macros set at 45, 30,25(protein,fat,carbs) Is that what I should do? I appreciate any help or thoughts!
