Any tips? I've used to be size 34 in pants. But now I I fit in 32s, but I do not wish to go a size down. I'm working to get my core, stomach flat but I'm afraid to loose more weight and then size down. I want to stay size 32 lol. Thanks.

Get a belt.
I'm in the same boat: went from 34/36, pulled out my old 32's, now they are a bit loose so I just put another notch in my belt and called it a day.
Now my suits are another story. I'm going to need to go shopping at some point...
If you want to flatten your stomach and get those abs popping, you have to lose weight to do it. No other way. You can build muscle and lose weight (recomposition), but that will take time. Lots and lots of time. Years...
Or just stop losing and go into maintenance only.
Either way, good problems to have, right?1 -
Eat at maintenance or you will keep losing...0

You will just keep loosing if you eat a deficit. Why not continue to cut and then do a mini bulk afterwards or eat at maintenance with a small deificit to slow the weight loss.1
