My daybook

Hi! I’m Dima and this is my daybook. I wil try to write everything I do. My diet plans on this day is:
- Breakfast: oat flakes, yogurt and honey
- 2 breakfast: 3 proteins with 1 yolk
- Lunch: 100gr. Vegetables with 5 proteins and 1 yolk on the pan.
- Noon breakfast: today I don’t have.
- Dinner: salad

This is a lot of protein and little carbs. I trying to reduce carbs.

My split for workout is 5 days.
Monday: chest
Tuesday: back
Wednesday: biceps and triceps
Thursday: rest
Friday: leg
Saturday: shoulders
Sunday: rest
Everyday I do compulsory exercises for waist, booty, belly and breeches and a lot of cardio.

    Today is my day off.I'll be lazy and will watch TV. I want to train, but have to rest. I'll read a book and write articles in my page on Facebook and my blog.
