Any tips ? I am in the process of loosing weight. I have 4 stone to lose. Is there any particular exercises I can do to reduce the wobbly Ness of my thighs and the flap on my belly from my c section ???

No particular exercises - fat and skin can't be targeted by exercise. It's good to include strength training, but i'd follow a full-body program, without modifying it to target your problem areas extra. If you have access to a gym, try the program NROL4W. If no gym, try Fitness Blender or Nerd Fitness.0
