Just had baby

Hi I just had a baby 6 weeks ago, and starting today I can start working out, what can I do to help me get rid of this extra weight I have gained?

    If you're breastfeeding I think you're gonna have to consult a nutritionist. It's the safest way to make sure you and the baby get what you need :)
    You're gonna need about 500 extra calories per day to keep you're milk supply up.
