Yoyo weight loss leads to a wake up call

3 years ago I was 35 lbs lighter, a move, focusing on our family after near divorce and life in general happened. I drifted from exercise and put on weight. Yesterday I was diagnosed with IIH (idiopathic neuro intercranial pressure or psuedotumor cerebri) most commonly found in obese childbearing aged women. Well, there it is. My vision is failing and my head hurts all the time because I got fat again. I have far to much to live for, it's time to drop this weight. And I sound tough but in fact I'm terrified.

Sorry your not feeling well! I also have IIH I was diagnosed in February 2015. I'm also working on losing weight to fight this illness if you would like to add me.0
