Which one is that? I've seen one of the movies and didn't understand it. May need to see the other eight for it to make sense.

Just 1? Which episode did you watch and what did you not get?

The Force Awakens is the latest film

The fourth one...maybe the first? I took my kid to see it and I thought the little boy was a young Luke Skywalker. It wasn't until years later that I found out it was Darth Vader. All the images I had seen of him, he was wearing a helmet so I didn't make the connection.

I watched The Force Awakens last night. I enjoyed it, but honestly, it seemed like a remake of the original, LOTS of similarities.

Ahh episode 1 :D Well that's the one I like the least. You should try episode IV, V and V1 first. They're the originals.

    So watching order should be:

Episode IV - A New Hope
Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back
Episode VI - Return of the Jedi

Episode I - The Phantom Menace (the one you've seen, please ignore JarJar Binks next time you see it)
Episode II - Attack of the Clones
Episode III - Revenge of the Sith

And finally the latest film, Episode VII - The force Awakens

Will do!! Thanks for the advice.

Second favorite movie in the franchise, right behind RotJ. It was absolutely great. JJ did a fantastic job; like only someone who truly loves Star Wars could have done.

    What's your definition of second?

I liked RotJ more than TFA because of the sequence where Luke has to confront Vader in front of Palpatine. For me, that was one of the best scenes in all of film. Even though Vader was masked, you could really see the emotion that he felt watching Palpatine try to convince Luke to embrace the dark side. For me, it's unlikely that any Star Wars movie will even come close to the emotion of that scene.

Watched in Theater. Then bought it when it first came to Blu-Ray. Now seen a total of 4 times. Can't wait for Episode 8 and Rogue One.

yeah it was really dull to me too. Kylo Ren was okay *until* he took off the helmet...then he just became Joel David Moore from Grandma's Boy.

lol well thats okay ill take kylo then

yea i walked out of the theater underwhelmed and disappointed i really hope the next one is better

then again im sure mark will be in the next one a lot more and that will make it better than TFA no matter what
