I'm officially down a size!

So I have been following my diet really well, exercising daily, and am down 18.2 pounds...This started when 12s were getting snug..but recently I noticed they were huge....so I went shopping at the goodwill today and bought a medium skirt, 2 pair of size 10 capris and size 10 jeans!!! All for only $17.00! And yesterday I got some medium tops..still a long way to go..but sooo encouraging.

THAT'S FANTASTIC!!! Good for you! Consignments shops are my favoreite, because I REFUSE to spend tos of money on clothes a size that I don't want to be forever!!

I accepted a long time ago (okay about 3 years ago watching What Not to Wear) that size is just a number. But, still..... YEAH YOU!!!
I'm still a size 14, but my best friend noticed the other day that I was wearing my shorts with the waist band folded over. I'm sure 12s are in my future somewhere, but right now, for some odd reason a folded down 14 feels better than a snug 12

Wow thats fantastic! I can't wait until 12s are snug on me. It seems like I've been stuck wearing 14s FOREVER! I can get them (12s) around my hips, but can't get them fasten. I've been trying to do ab routines everyday along with 50 crunches when I first wake up and 50 before I go to sleep. Any suggestions on how to lose my belly? How long before I start seeing results from the ab workouts?0 -
