Hello everyone,
I am an accredited practising dietitian living in Sydney's Lower North Shore and I am committed to tracking my health data (weight, percentage body fat, exercise, daily steps, temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar level, food record, sleep, menstrual cycle) for the next month. This is quite fun. Please let me know if you are doing the same and let's share our data.
