Time of going on scale

Hi everyone.I used to weigh first thing in the morning, but recently I've noticed when I weigh myself 8 hours after breakfast(I have roggen toast, honey, butter and date plus 5 glasses of water include tea for breakfast and 75 calories snack 2 hours after) Scale shows the least weight.I also go to bathroom 3 times during this 8 hours. Is this weight accurate?

My weight can vary 8 lbs during the day, usually I weight after I get up before I eat. Sometimes that weight may appear too high and in the afternoon it might be lower. I use a weight averaging app to get a weight that is "more real"

Your weight is in a constant state of flux, so it's 'accurate' at any given time you weigh.

Pick a time, be consistent, and observe trends rather than isolated scale readings.

I doesn't matter what time of the day you weigh your self, You just have to be consistent when you do weigh your self. I weigh myself daily in the morning with a tank top and underwear on. I don't freak out if it goes up or down. The only weigh in's that actually matter to me are my Weekly Wednesday's, I also measure myself Weekly on Wednesday also since the scale doesn't always reflect the body.

When you wake up and eat breakfast your body is breaking your fast, where it begins the atp process and burns calories at a more efficient rate. If your not consuming more calories than your TDEE then it's typical to see a smaller number on the scale later in the day, especially if your water intake isn't through the roof, or if you have minimal fat cells (where water is actually held on the body). I like weighing in the morning because you may burn more calories through vigorous activities one day and your results will be slightly inaccurate in the evening.
