Hey everyone

So it's time to get serious, stop making excuses, stop blaming other influences... I'm sick of diet effecting my mood! So I'm starting over I'm going to loose a stone... The week should be fine , it's weekends and alcohol that are my downfalls!!!

    That darn alcohol, when I first started to get my weight under control I was a 4 beer a day guy, well on week days, my weekends we much worse. There are a lot of wasted calories in alcohol. Wishing you all the best on your journey add me as a friend :)

    Thanks :) it's partly peer pressure... The go on have a beer or just a prosecco... Makes you feel like a party pooper!
