Hi my names Sharon I'm 51 years young, and have joined this app to help me realise what my eating patterns are like. I don't have much weight to loose but find myself having weeks where I'm really good and I loose a couple of pounds only for me to go off the rails after a couple of weeks and put it back on, I just want to be a bit more consistent. I also enjoy running but can't do as much distance in one go as I used to due to knee surgery a couple of years back,I also enjoy juicing and love how my body feels when I do that for a while. Look forward to hearing how everyone else is getting on
