    Complete week one of the Body Beast program. No drinking (alcohol). Stay within my calorie limits.

    Stay within my calories 6 days, cardio 12,000 steps everyday, 9 minute weight work work twice. Ab work out every other day- Denise Austin

    I've been quite ill for weeks, today being the healthiest yet. My goals for this week are to try to get back on track. Gain back 2 or 3 of the lbs I didn't mean/can't afford to lose, to walk more, and to try to eat more.

    Re-starting a 30 day plank challenge. Had to stop before when I injured my should during a weight session.

    to continue resting my shoulder even though its feeling much better after a couple weeks of PT. Its in the danger zone, feeling better but still fragile enough to easily re-injure.
