Getting back on track after having a baby

Hi. I'm trying to get back on track and lose the extra weight after having a baby. I gave birth to my little princess almost 7 weeks ago and need to get back on track. I've used MFP since 2014 but lost a lot of my friends due to not logging in during my pregnancy. I can use all the support I can get.
