Hi everyone! My name is Kylie, I'm 24 and live in Arizona! At age 17 I was close to 300 lbs and decided to make a change. 7 years later I still have progress to make but I'm getting closer to my goals. Right now I am doing the Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines. It entails 3 circuit training sessions per week and 4 cardio. It's intense but super fun and I love the community that comes with it! I am also doing the Tough Mudder in two weeks! As for eating I don't follow anything special. I just try to eat as healthy as possible and keep track of calories.
