Help!

I have tracked calories and macros for 54 days. I work out at the gym with a personal trainer. I have lost an overall 5 inches, and my body fat went down 1%. That's the positive end. However, the scale hasn't budged!! I am at 247 pounds, and I'm about to lose motivation. I would think that in almost two months, I would lose something! Has this happened to anyone else? If so, do you have ideas/advice? Thanks so much!

    What is your daily calorie goal (intake), and what do you do to hit it?

    Daily cal intake
    Food scales ? Measuring jug ? Are you weighing everything.

    Female, 58. Weigh 247. 5'6. 1450 cals a day. Not weighing everything. But using the scanner. Guess i need to get out the food scale.
