16lbs down but at my plateau

Hi everybody, I'm Reign! I've been on my diet about a month and lost 16lbs in three weeks, but now I can't seem to budge the scale! I walk one hour a day up and down our country hills and gravel roads. I've been eating healthy at about 1300cal a day. I'm trying to avoid grain, dairy and gluten when I can but I need to get better at it. I'm 5;6 and started at 180, now I'm about 165lbs. I want to work out more but I start feeling like a can't breath, almost like trying to fill a gallon jug with water but it's already full. I'm not sure if that's asthma??? Any tips to help me get to 120lbs?

Stick with it-- a week isn't really a plateau. It might be normal variation for you. Women often loose less (or might even regain a bit) depending where they are in their monthly cycle. Stay the course! Great loss so far in only 3 weeks!0

As stated above, a week is not a plateau. You may want to take a look at this thread: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10084670/it-is-unlikely-that-you-will-lose-weight-consistently-i-e-weight-loss-is-not-linear0
