    Wash hair everyday!! I don't think it's necessary, as washing too frequently depletes it of healthy natural oils,
    BUT, for myself, a daily shower is therapeutic -- mentally and physically.

    "Perfume-y" fragrances (i.e. floral, citrus), or more neutral scents (i.e. fresh rain, clean linen)?

    I've never been to a cocktail party, but I hope it is okay for me to still express my answer!! I don't think I have a preference, BUT, granted the weather is frigid or slightly chilly (like it is here now!!), I'd favor the suit. Because pants. (:
