My name is Matt and I have been do HIIT for about 3 weeks now. I haven't been dieting extremely intense but I've been cutting back my calories and limiting fried foods and high carbs and fat. I weighed in at about 220 and I've reached about 211. Let me know what u guys think of my progress !!! Thanks
