hola! im a 29 year old gal looking to lose some 40-50 lbs. 4 years ago i was the fittest in my life...before that, i struggled with weight prior. Basically you can say i struggled with my weight all my life.
Nowadays, I'm pretty solid when it comes to being active. I go to a sweet gym regularly,so the only prob is basically, is to seriously get my eating habits in check. I recently moved here to tx last year, so its been a lot of going out and trying new foods.
i just want to be fit for my 30th b day next year in jan and continue on with my fitness journey thereafter.
I want to be able to feel comfortable in a swimsuit and float a river with my friends and be comfy. I don't want to just have a tee over my swim ware to fit in and not feel awkward.
