I need to loose 20 lbs JUNE1ST heeeelp. I weigh 167

I weigh 167 I am 5'5
My goal is 140 I have a dead line I would love some tips and encouragement through these few weeks. Add me :)

    In six weeks? Sorry, that isn't going to happen. 3-6 pounds is about what you can do.

    Yeah... No way to speed up the process. If you were heavier you might be able to lose 10lbs in the first couple months, but honestly at your weight and height you'll only be able to lose 5-6lbs a month and that's with a lot of cardio and strength training. No way to lose 27lbs in 6 weeks...

    My goal is 140 but I'm just trying to a least lose at least 10 lbs by June first sorry for not being specific enough thanks though doesn't hurt to try. :)

    I think it's possible with strict dieting and exercise. But I don't think you'd be able to keep the weigh off. If you're okay with this then I'd go for losing 10 lbs by June 1st, and sticking to the 1200 calorie diet and some exercise. Goodluck.

    Ty I think I can to at least 10-13 lbs. Im going to look into the military dieting
