One App to Rule Them All?

I've been using MyFitness Pal for over a year. I also use Map My Fitness (and sync that data to MFP). I have a Fitbit. And I use an iPhone.
I haven't paid much attention to the Apple Health Kit; the MFP seemed to give me enough data.
But, I just purchased a Withings Smart Body Analyzer, which not only syncs my weight by WiFi, but also does all those other calculations (i.e., Body Fat & Body Mass). And so I'm beginning to revisit the Health Kit.
What I'm wondering is WHERE can I find some suggestions as to which app should be at the top of the pyramid? E.g., some of the apps will accept FitBit data, but not others.
Any suggestions?
