JM 30 days shred 3lb down in 5 days but body feels swelled and bigger

today is my 6th day of 30 days shred JM.. i am 3lb down on scale this morning when i checked weight however physically i still look bigger specially my arms,thighs and butt ?

    It's fluid retention in the muscles from starting new exercise. Normal. Really, that's what it is. Is there a reason why you've been ignoring answers to the exact same question you've been asking on many 30 day shred posts over and over again? Just wondering. I'm actually wondering if you're just trolling...

    The answer will be the same. You're not getting bulky. How much water are you drinking?

    It's just fluid retention. It happens to everyone. Your muscles are not getting bulky with 5lb weights after days or weeks, or even months of 30DS. It's impossible, sorry. Keep working out and eventually the body will release the water.

    You're fine. Honestly. Don't stress over it. It takes women a LOT to bulk, and I mean Eat and train a LOT...even then, it's very difficult.
    I've done 30DS on and off for years.. A little temporary fluid retention in the muscles, no biggie..it goes away. Think of the fluid protecting your muscles like bubble wrap for a short while.

    Relax and enjoy the workout..Don't plague it with this thought. :)
