flabby arms... loose hanging triceps and love handles?

i am sick of my flabby arms , bulging belly and love handles? please help me find good effective exercises with proven results

    All these are symptoms of excess fat or lose skin.

    Excess fat is reduced by diet and although exercise can help in reducing the calories and is important for good health, there is no exercise that will reduce fat in specific areas. So, doing loads of sit ups WILL NOT reduce fat on the stomach for example.

    So, eat at a moderate deficit either with or without exercise and you will lose that fat and reduce those problem areas.

    If your issue is lose skin I can't offer any help - I have no experience or knowledge with that issue.

    I've lost 80 pounds and I still have flabby arms. Some of it is loose skin and it's just not going away (and I have no desire to have more muscular arms either, so I've pretty much made my peace with it).

    I lost 65lbs+ on MFP eating at a 1lb a week goal over 2 years. I then gained back 50lbs when pregnant and now have dropped that 50lbs and am working on the last 10lbs again. My solution was to lift heavy and work on building muscle. I would rather have more muscle and firm looking body then have the looser skin but lower scale weight.

    This time, similar goal but modified lifting routine as no more gym time for me.

    No way to spot reduce fat, it'd be nice though. Lose weight, lift weight.
