My resting heart rate is in the 30s. Is that normal? I'm 19 weigh 192. I'm not a super regular exerciser.
I know a lower rate for a active people is normal

im usually in the 50's and my doc is happy with that. you have a heart of a cydesdale! i would ask about it next time you're at the doctor.

It isn't normal and you should get checked out. How are you measuring it - with a monitor or by hand? Do you frequently feel tired or weak or dizzy? If you do I would get in to a doctor as soon as you can (like today) but even if you feel fine and you have noticed it for awhile I would still go and get seen sooner rather than later. In the 50's is fine if you are very athletic but 30's is concerning. (From an emergency nurse for last 20 years)

Get yourself checked out and if it shows that you are healthy and nothing is amiss, then I predict you would be a damn good long distance runner, because what would take me a few minutes to reach my maximum heartrate, would take you a lot longer, meaning you could run much faster.

Get yourself checked first though and I sincerely hope all is well.
