I'm back on track :) I'm starting new challenge with workout dvd T25 and tracking my nutrition with this app.

    I walk about 2hrs at a time daily. I have now given up my car and either catch a bus in bad weather and have a brisk walk for up to 1 3/4 hr. and aim to lose weight for both of my holidays in May and June then keep fit with exercise for my nephew James and Cat's wedding next Summer.
