I am very new at this and wondering how to find out the nutritional content of something from Whole Foods Store.
How do I do this?

    Hmm... good question.... Never been to a Whole Foods. Are you talking about the produce section?

    I get whole /bulk foods a Raley supermarket. They have their nutrition facts online. i would try asking your store if they have any information. They probably can, rather should be able to help...if not i would think about getting my food elsewhere.
