Hey I'm Metera
I Lost 30kg using fitness pal about 3 years and kept it. Went from 120kg to 88kg. I stabilised my weight but after a horrible year with sickness, death of love ones and a broken heart I'm back to square one. I'm currently 115kg and more determined to achieve my goal. I'm tall, at 6'0ft I am pretty thin at 85kg, so I will shoot for that.
