Figure focus rather than weight focus..?

So, according to my doctor, it is not my weight I need to worry about, it is my figure. My figure looks, according to my doctor, like I am nearly 50 lbs lighter than I actually am. Are there any suggestions on how I can achieve the figure I want?

This would be impossible you can't spot reduce or change your shape at least not without surgery.

what kind of figure do you want? a lot can be done by lifting heavy weights.

Is the figure you want smaller than the one you have now? Are you asking if you can just reduce or build a certain area of your body?

I'm confused. Why would your doctor be concerned about your figure? If he says you look 50lbs lighter then doesn't that mean it is your weight that he's concerned with? Not trying to be smart but I don't know if I really understood your question.

That's what I was thinking. Does he want you to try looking 50 pounds heavier?

I am similarly confused by the question.

I'd be pretty dang happy if I looked 50 lbs lighter than I really am. Is that a bad thing?

I am presuming this was a troll. First and only post this one and nothing since. I can see someone being told they look 10 or even 20 pds lighter than they actually weigh but 50pds seriously! Unless they are at least 7ft tall I doubt it.
