    I have a weakness for ice cream too and have found that I have to keep it out of the house or I will eat it, almost feel obligated not to let it go to waste :laugh:

    I have to treat it just like that , a treat and every now and then we go out for ice cream, I get a single scoop or a small serving and leave it at that.
