Working out feet pain as an obese person

Good job with the weight loss so far. I've been having foot pains - plantar fasciitis, achilles, gout - so it's tough to stay motivated sometimes. You should definitely not push through it...because plantar fasciitis which i got from doing too much and not listening to the soreness...can last a long time. been having issues ith it for about 6 months now. Not too into swimming but i think that's the route i have to go for low impact exercise... keep it up!0

See a podiatrist. Sounds like a cop-out but I wish I did earlier in my weight loss journey. The result of me not seeing one was a damaging setback for sure (damaged tendon and ligament). I discovered through the podiatrist that I have flat feet and now use orthotics all the time.
Short version: pain = loss (not gain).0
