Good Morning, I'm new to the site and so far I love it. I thought that I was eating right and now with this app I realize that my food portions were too large. I am living proof that you cannot out train a bad diet. I am so happy to have found this app and connect with other people with like goals. My goal is to reduce sugar consumption and eat fewer processed foods. I'm hoping to lose 20 pounds.
