Does anyone know of more watches that only need a smartphone to set it up n not to see daily stats?

Please let me know any info u have on watches that I'll only need a smartphone to set it up. I can use a friend's weekly when I spend a couple of days there but I'm looking on ebay n watching fitbit n garmin vivosmart but would like to stay ab $25, as u can guess, used is fine as long as full function n accessories.
