Digital scales or Dial Scales: which are more accurate?

    They both measure the weight in a mechanical way, just the display is dial or digital. So I'd go for a digital as it shows more precision than I can see using my eyes on a dial one.

    I used dial for years, but as soon as I switched to digital I loved it. I like seeing the exact number instead if estimating. Weight matters much less to me at this point, but I still much prefer the digital.

    Prefer the digital because it is so easy to put your plate on the scale, turn it on, add protein -tare -add starch - tare - add vegetables. Easy to weigh each component of a meal without ending up with a ton of dirty dishes.
