Dizzy after hard work out or a run

Does anyone else get dizzy after a hard work out or even a run. Are there any tips to prevent that or is it just normal

    Could be a combination of things: dehydration, improper electrolyte balance, inadequate calories. How many calories are you eating? What does your sodium look like? Stats? How long are you running?

    /\What they said. Dehydration and/or no fuel in the tank. And, if you are doing low carb, that'll do it also. Do good carbs instead of low carbs. Better for you in the long run.
