Time to Get Motivated - Let's Do This

Hi everyone!
While I have been a member for a while, logging diligently for 500+ days (I have a love/hate relationship with this habit) I have never fully utilized the community benefits. I have recently reevaluated my nutritional, physical, and mental progress and have come to the conclusion I need a new routine. After over a year of following the same macro nutrient goals, I have finally refreshed my numbers to account for where I am in life today.
As a quick background, I lost a good amount of weight a couple of years back, following a strict diet and exercise regimen. However, after starting my full time job, I realized that my limited diet and devoted gym schedule did not translate seamlessly to “the real world.” I got frustrated when I gained weight, even though I was meticulously meeting my macro goals.
I had a recent reality check and realized that my current exercises – boxing a few days a week – and food choices – healthy, just not the same meal day after day that I was accustomed to – had to be changed. So I have taken the plunge and, gulp, increased my macros. This is a scary thing since I have only ever lowered my macros, but times are changing! I know that in order to see progress, I can't stay at the same place where I first started.
I decided after all this time to try to actively participate in this community for the support and motivational aspects. I love reading people’s progress stories as well as their cooking tips! I am just hoping that by being more involved, I will be more accountable to myself and maybe will help someone else along the way! I posted a longer blog post on my page about everything I have gone through (the ups and the downs) over the last two years if anyone is interested in how my 500+ days of logging began.
I hope everyone has a great day!
