It seems like my maintenance calories vary day to day...

So I am consistently losing weight, even though I am only trying to maintain/tone. I am eating about 1800 calories a day, I am 120.7 pounds as of this morning and I am 5'4. I weight lift 4x a week for about 1-1.5 hours and I also do two 15-minute HIIT sessions a week. I work 3 12-hour night shifts as a hospital worker as well every week. I don't want to lose anymore weight because I'm starting to look a little too skinny, I like seeing muscle definition but I don't have enough lean body mass to lean down without looking too thin. I wasn't planning on bulking until after summer. Should I just increase my macros when my weight starts to go too low? It bounces back up after a big cheat meal but not for too long. Macros currently are 123 P 198 C 55 F for a total of 1780 calories (I usually go over carbs or protein a little everyday). I know this was a freaking novel, so if you reply to this, THANK YOU.

Try adding another 100 calories per day for two weeks and see if your weight stabilizes where you want it.
If you're still losing more than you want to, add another 100 for the next 2 weeks.
Eventually you'll find your calorie sweet spot0 -
If you're losing weight ure not eating enough to maintain0
