I wanted to loose by my 62 birthday 10 pounds. Didn't make it! Will continue to track food but do a better job at it. Changed my exercise to a walking tape called walk your tummy away, this is a better routine then the elliptical and tread mill. I will continue hoping to lose at least three lbs by end of month! Exercise and tracking must do better, last thing don't eat after 6 which is hard being married to a farmer. Wish me luck
