Help entering into diary

If I do turbo jam, how do I enter that into my diary under cardiovascular? I found "aerobic high intensity" ... yay or nay? I also don't have a way of tracking about how many calories I burned.

    Sounds good. Once you enter the aerobics and the time it should give you a calorie count for it.
