1 LG tub Greek fat free unflavored yogurt
1 3 oz box no sugar added jello pudding - cheesecake flavor
Graham cracker crumbs
Fresh berries (if desired)

Mix pudding into yogurt. It will get very thick. Spoon individual servings into serving cup. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Top with fresh fruit.

I like adding a small amount of cheesecake pudding mix to greek yogurt, but I wouldn't claim it actually tastes like cheesecake. It's yummy, but not any kind of substitute IMO.

Though I had it with some lemon curd today and it was really delicious.

I think it tastes very much like cheesecake. I use regular pudding (not as the recipe was provided), as I avoid sweetners, so not sure if that's why I enjoy it so much. I'm addicted ;)

You think the thickness/consistency using a whey protein powder with the greek yogurt would be that of cheesecake?

I have found that I prefer Bulgarian yogurt, homemade, strained like Greek yogurt. It is not as tart, kinda sweet, thickens when strained like Greek yogurt and can be used as a substitution in cheese cake recipes. Also makes a good sub for sour cream and mayo. And is great with a little honey or Maple syrup for dessert.
